Delivery
Deliveries made by CADIVEU are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, during business hours.The delivery period is counted from the confirmation of payment on business days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
After payment confirmation, the period for issuing the Invoice is up to 1 business day.
UPON RECEIPT
We work to ensure that your order is delivered with the utmost care, but it is extremely important to take some precautions when receiving the order:Check the contents in the presence of the delivery person;
Check that the packaging has not been tampered with; Ensure
that the products are in accordance with the order placed;
If there is any discrepancy in the contents, refuse delivery and immediately notify CADIVEU through our Customer Service Center.
DELIVERY TIME
In order to meet the expectation of receiving your purchase, we calculate approximately the days that your order will take to arrive at the delivery address.The delivery time varies according to the location and delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. Please note that the delivery time will start on the next business day after the order is released.
You will receive an email with all the information about your order, along with the shipping method selected. To track the status of your order, go to “My Account” and click on orders.
ABSENT AT DELIVERY
Our partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts at the location provided. In case of failure, the order will be returned to CADIVEU.Please note that: it is essential that there is someone available at the delivery location to receive the order and sign the receipt.
COLLECTION AT THE POST OFFICE
When your order is sent by the Post Office, it may be available for collection at the nearest branch to your location. In this case, the tracking address will be available so that you can go to the location.Can I get my shipping refund? The shipping cost will only be refunded if defects, damage or any reason that characterizes a fault on the part of CADIVEU are identified upon receipt of the order.
